All Silver Pines codes and passwords
Twenty-one keypad and combination locks keep the same code on every save in build 25806663. One lock does not: the Crimson Bear Motel gate, which is written in that save’s Motel Guest Ledger.
Evidence and limits
I did not stand in front of every keypad on a retail copy. NPC Tips lists 22 locks from build 25806663, checked 8–9 October 2026: 21 fixed locks and one save-specific motel gate. Bonus Action is a second reported walkthrough, not a build-level verification. Symbol orders and most clue routes remain reported. A patch can change a code.

The one code that changes
The Crimson Bear Motel entrance card reader is the one save-specific lock listed by NPC Tips. Read the Motel Guest Ledger in your own save and enter that number. A number copied from a video or another save is not evidence for yours.
Puzzle solutions that are not codes
These are reported procedures or source-file-backed sequences, not additional PINs.
- Truck radio: set 86.6, match the two red mode buttons on the police-car radio and use the microphone; the deputy reports 1715.
- Cable-car bells: five reported bells are A, B, D, E and F; the rack already has C and G. Ring E, G, D, C, F, A, B.
- Stage light: insert Magenta and Yellow and remove Cyan to produce the reported red light.
- Recording booth: connect the two cables using page 2 of the Technical Manual's AUDIO diagram.
- Cremation machine: the Mortician's Ledger identifies casket 2.

What is the Silver Pines shotgun code?
6671, on the gift-shop weapon locker at Crimson Bear Motel. The clue document is titled The Weapon Locker Code. Bungalow 3 uses the same number.
What is the sheriff safe code?
Dial clockwise to 15, counterclockwise to 7, clockwise to 3, counterclockwise to 10. The interrogation keypad, a different lock, is 3100.
