Recover the five missing bells
C and G are the two installed bells. The ring sequence matches the source-file pattern, but the collection routes are reported.
- Fit the Broken Plaque from the downstairs bench if not already done.
- Hang A/B/D/E/F on matching hooks with the existing C/G.
- Ring E, G, D, C, F, A, B, then board the arriving cable car.

Top station to Access Tunnel
Three 40A fuse records exist, but the reported Ranger Cabin panel needs two. The third fuse's additional purpose is unresolved; no key is recorded for the mountain.
- Save near the top station. Its machine-room keypad is 0441; the bathroom-wall clue is reported, and NPC Tips leaves whether this door is mandatory unresolved.
- Collect two 40A fuses. Source-file rooms: Weather Station Ruins, Tunnel exit by Access Tunnel and cable station bridges.
- Fit two at the panel by Ranger Cabin and switch on power.
- Collect the mountain map at the Access Tunnel entrance, pass the powered gate and continue uphill toward Thelend.
- Check the cable station bridges Hip Bag; a collapsing-floor/ledge approach is reported, not tested here.
Executive-office and Star queries
No Mt. Siah executive-office safe is supported by the inspected mountain lock table. Thelend's Office safe is a different record, code 66666; do not move it to the mountain.
The yellow-raincoat girl and Star are reported at Thelend Exterior near the broadcasting entrance, not a proven mountain-cabin reward. See the Stars guide for all five acquisition routes.
