Crimson Bear Motel walkthrough
The motel gate uses the guest number generated for your save. The shooting gallery supplies the Poolside Key; the suite supplies the pool net, and the palm-tree-door chain leads to the Ferry Office Key.
Evidence and limits
Checked 14 October 2026. NPC Tips' motel and puzzle pages attribute file records to build 25806663. Traversal and crafting are reported from launch/pre-release guides. Bonus Action's updated 12 October route has no disclosed build. 6671 is the fixed locker/Bungalo 3 code, not the random gate number; no playthrough claimed.
Gate, pool and Grizzly Suite
Bring the Checkin Key from the store route. Read Eddie's ledger entry in your own save.
- Open motel check-in and use the Motel Guest Ledger number at the gate.
- Take the Electrical Fuse from the lower floor and restore Game Room power.
- Win the shooting gallery to obtain the Poolside Key. The BB rifle belongs to the attraction, not your permanent arsenal.
- Unlock the pool area, take the Grizzly Suite Keycard from the Changing Room and enter the suite.
- Collect the Snub .38, Pool Net and Welcome Booklet. The suite guitar case reportedly holds half the Torn Polaroid.
Open the palm-tree door and leave the motel
This reported chain is the progression requirement; the shotgun is a separate pickup.
- Take Cleaning Solution from Room 5.
- Use the Pool Net on the pool-drain Grime Covered Object, then clean it into the Door Knob.
- Fit the knob on the palm-tree-motif basement door.
- Complete the reported vision/story interaction and collect the Ferry Office Key from the basement desk.
- Answer the motel-entry call and return toward the Outskirts tunnel and ferry.
Shotgun, Room 3 and collection checks
Gift Shop weapon locker: 6671. The Welcome Booklet explains room phone numbers; Bonus Action reports dialing 58883 for room 3 and its code clue. Calling room 3 also serves Call me....
Bungalo 3 uses 6671 but also needs the Motel Room Key obtained on a later Outskirts lighthouse return. Do not confuse it with the suite keycard or Walker's Car Key.
Chipped Ceramic Bear is recorded downstairs in the Gift Shop; a Hip Bag is recorded in a Game Room crate. Check the collectibles checklist for reported access and missability limits. The file source records a Motel Car Key, but its exact progression use is not established here.
