All Mementos and reported Vessel Shard locations
There are 26 Memento records but 25 to collect in one save: Old Corsage and Bloody Corsage are alternatives at one Cemetery dig site. The tables cover every record and all 16 reported shard locations. Julee identifies Mementos before you equip them.
Evidence and limits
Sources checked on 14 October 2026; no first-hand playthrough claimed. NPC Tips attributes names and map rooms to build 25806663, checked 11 October. Acquisition steps and shard routes are reported, not verified by this site. Its collectables page says a Hotfix 1 comparison found these upgrades unchanged, but its sources appendix says that build was not re-read; we do not resolve that conflict by claiming current-build verification.
All 26 Memento records
The evidence column distinguishes map-room records from reported acquisition. A room record alone does not prove when a reward becomes available. Either corsage satisfies the 25-item target; do not count Cat Collar twice because it has two room records.

Unlock all five Memento slots
Shard locations and the four-shard recipe are reported; slot limits and Vessel-use text are attributed to source game files. Holding shards is not the same as unlocking slots.
- Knock down a wooden bird figurine to collect its shard, as reported in the source's developer-reply summary.
- Combine four shards into one Memento Vessel.
- Use the completed Vessel from inventory to add a slot.
- Repeat four times: 16 shards raise the starting one slot to five. Parts left behind concerns the second slot; Memento Mori concerns all slots.
Unmarked items and unresolved interactions
Repaired Polaroid uses the two Torn Polaroid halves. Smooth Stone with a hole is the Quiet Hour Cafe cage reward: red bird from the Clinic, yellow from the Movie Theater, silver near the caravan's padlocked ladder. These acquisition routes are reported.
The corsage is dug with the caravan's Shovel. Guides connect the variant to the earlier Apartment 4B dream choice; NPC Tips has not checked that dependency against files.
Cat Collar is reported after opening the Clinic basement cage with 3819. An empty-cage report dated 11 October has no confirmed cause or fix.
The Live ending requirement
Reported Live routes require the 25-item set, spare Eddie, then speak to the burnt-hands man on the Outskirts shore and use his shack's furnace. Collecting, equipping and burning are separate actions. No exact damage or effect values are inferred here.
Questions
Do vessel shards count as soon as I pick them up?
No. Combine four into a vessel and use it. The slot achievements check the spend, not the pocket.
