Characters and voice actors
Red Walker is the private investigator searching for Eddie Velvet. NPC Tips' cast guide identifies Chase Brown as Walker and reports ten names in the launch-build credits. The table below keeps announced roles separate from actors whose roles remain unassigned.
Evidence and limits
I checked the specific NPC Tips cast page on 14 October 2026. Its credits transcription and links to seven official cast posts are third-party evidence, not credits we inspected in a running game. Steam independently confirms English-only full audio.

Who voices Eddie Velvet?
The checked source does not assign Eddie Velvet a voice actor. A cast name alone is not evidence for a specific role, so we leave that pairing open. English-only spoken audio does not mean English-only subtitles; consult the platform's own language list.
